[What the role is]
As a Senior Officer, your role is to plan, manage and implement various projects/events/programmes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

The Customer Relations (CRR) department performs the Corporate Communications role at the College. Apart from overseeing matters related to event management, corporate visits and marketing communications, the CRR Dept. also manages the Customer & Visitor Centre and helms the Experience ITE Centre, managing school networking and outreach programmes at the College.

You will be required to:

  • Promote and market ITE courses to potential secondary school students, through outreach efforts to schools and relevant institutions.

  • Plan and manage projects/events, learning journeys, talks/workshops for outreach to students, educators and parents.

  • Help manage the College’s social media platforms.

  • Manage and work with student leaders to promote the College.

  • Assist with other CRR-related functions such as corporate visits and College events.

[What we are looking for]

  • You should be a team player and have at least 2 years’ experience of working either in outreach, marketing, corporate communications or public relations.

  • You should have proven administrative and organisational skills, as well as good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

  • You should also enjoy working with young adults.
